Chapter 01 — Diagnosis

You don't have a software problem.

You have an operating problem. The tools are fine. What's missing is the connective tissue between them — the part that turns a hundred small decisions per day into something a leader can actually see and shape.

  1. Symptom 01

A dozen tools, none of them talking

Your team toggles between Sheets, Slack, Notion, HubSpot and three things nobody knows the password to. The data lives in screenshots.

  2. Symptom 02

    Approvals lost in inboxes

Every request becomes an email thread. Every decision becomes a meeting. Nothing has an owner, and nothing has a date.

  3. Symptom 03

    Spreadsheets running the company

There is one workbook a single person understands. When they go on vacation, the company quietly stops.

  4. Symptom 04

    Nobody can see the work

Leadership has no idea what is in flight, what is stuck, or what was finished last week. So they ask. And ask. And ask.

Chapter 02 — Prescription

Meet Prosper 360.

Prosper 360 is a custom workflow operating system we install inside your company. It's part software, part standing engineering team, and part feedback engine — built around your real processes, not somebody else's template.

Your team records the things that hurt. Approvers prioritize. We build it. It ships into your private environment. Then we do it again, every week. Forever, if you want.

  • Bespoke Built around your processes — not a template with re-skinned forms.
  • Single-tenant Your own private environment, your own data, your own URL.
  • Continuous Improvement is the product. Not a project that ends in a handover.
  • Optional ownership Buy out the source code at any time. The math is published.

Chapter 03 — Mechanism

The loop.
Five steps. Forever.

This is the engine. It's also the part that's hard to copy. Most agencies build a thing and disappear. We build a thing, then we keep building it — using video evidence from the people who actually use it.

  1. 01 Step 1/5

    Record

A teammate hits a wall in their workflow. They open the desktop agent, narrate the task, set a priority, and click submit. Magic-link auth — no passwords.

  2. 02 Step 2/5

    Review

Your approvers see the submission in the portal, watch the recording, and either approve, ask for clarification, or merge it with an existing item.

  3. 03 Step 3/5

    Build

A business analyst on our side writes the spec. A dedicated developer ships the change inside your private environment, with weekly check-ins.

  4. 04 Step 4/5

    Release

The improvement lands in the same portal your team already uses. The contributor who submitted it gets pinged automatically and asked to confirm it works.

  5. 05 Step 5/5

    Refine

The next priority moves to the top. Friction becomes signal. Signal becomes software. Repeat — every week, indefinitely.

"

We're not selling you software. We're installing a process for compounding improvements — and the software is just where it lives.

Chapter 04 — Inventory

Inside Prosper 360.

Eight things that come standard. Everything else is custom — built specifically for your workflows, your data, your humans.

  • 01

    Desktop recording agent

A small Mac/Windows app for your team. One click to capture, narrate, and submit a workflow problem with a priority tag.

  • 02

    Magic-link auth

Nobody manages another password. Anyone with an approved email domain logs in and is auto-provisioned as a Contributor.

  • 03

    Three roles, no surprises

Contributor submits. Approver curates and reorders. Primary Contact has the override and locks the roadmap.

  • 04

    Drag-to-reorder backlog

The current item is locked at the top. Everything below it is sortable. Decisions are visible, not hidden in a chat.

  • 05

Now / Next / Later roadmap

A grouped roadmap view with estimated completion windows and dev capacity utilization. No more hidden timelines.

  • 06

    ROI dashboard for executives

Submissions per department, average time-to-completion, hours saved. The board-meeting slide builds itself.

  • 07

    Single-tenant environment

Your own database, your own subdomain, your own everything. No shared infrastructure with other clients.

  • 08

    Source code on the table

Buyout formula is published in the contract: 6× monthly fee. Walk away with the keys whenever you choose.

Chapter 05 — Outcomes

Sold by the outcome,
not the hour.

Pricing is anchored to what your operations are worth, not how many tickets we close. If you eliminate two FTE admin roles, six grand a month is the rounding error.

Chapter 07 — Origin

Why we're called Prosper Together.

Prosper Together

Established 2020 · Operating from Canada

Most software companies sell you a tool and disappear. Most consultancies sell you hours and disappear. We didn't want to do either. We wanted to be the kind of partner whose name you'd put on the door — the team you call when something is broken in how your company actually works, not just in how it looks on a screen.

The name says it on purpose. Your company prospers when ours does. Our incentive is your operations getting better, week after week, year after year. Not landing another statement of work. Not selling another seat. Just compounding usefulness — quietly, in the background, until one day you realize the thing that used to burn an afternoon now happens by itself.

That's the whole pitch. The leaves on our logo are hands. The hands are yours, and ours, holding the same trunk. We grow together — or not at all.

— The team at Prosper Together
Chapter 08 — Footnotes

The questions we always get.

Eight things people ask before they sign. If your question isn't here, it should be — write us at hello@prospertogether.ca.

  • 01 Who owns the source code?

On Foundation and Growth, we host the platform and you have full data export at any time. On Ownership, you get git access from day one and the source code transfers to you after the six-month term. On any plan you can buy out at any time using a published formula: 6 × monthly fee. Thirty-day transition support is included.

  • 02 How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency builds a thing and leaves. We build a thing and stay — running the weekly improvement loop forever. You also get the recording agent, the contributor portal, the priority engine, and the analytics dashboard. Those are the assets that compound; the code is just the surface.

  • 03 How is this different from buying off-the-shelf SaaS?

SaaS is built for the median of a thousand companies. You are not the median of a thousand companies. Prosper 360 is built for exactly your processes, your data shapes, and your decisions — and it changes when you do.

  • 04 Do you work with the tools we already use?

Yes — that's most of the job. Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, QuickBooks, BambooHR, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, custom internal databases. If it has an API or a webhook, we can wire it in. If it doesn't, we build the bridge.

  • 05 How fast do you ship?

On Growth and Ownership, the first end-to-end workflow is usually live within two to three weeks of kickoff. After that, you can expect new improvements landing in the portal every week. Cadence, not bursts.

  • 06 What stops scope from spiraling?

The portal does. Every submission has an estimated dev cost in hours. Approvers see how many hours are left in the month before they say yes. The Primary Contact has the override. The whole system is designed so that priorities are visible and trade-offs are explicit, not invisible.

  • 07 Where is our data hosted?

Each client gets a single-tenant environment — your own database, your own subdomain, no shared infrastructure with other clients. Hosted in Canadian regions by default. On Ownership, you can choose your own cloud account or self-host entirely.

  • 08 What happens if we want to leave?

You give us thirty days' notice. We export everything: data, video submissions, documentation, the whole thing. If you want the source code on your way out, the buyout formula applies. No drama, no lock-in, no awkward email threads.

Chapter 09 — Begin

Tell us what's broken.

We'll read it. If we think we can help, we'll book a thirty-minute call to talk through what your operations actually look like, what you've already tried, and whether Prosper 360 is the right shape of partner for you.

  • No sales sequence. No drip campaign.
  • A real human responds within 1 business day.
  • If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and try to point you somewhere useful.
